Description - River Mist Retreat is located in the Blue Ridge Highlands of VA just outside the quaint town of Fries. It’s a 2 ½ hour drive from Charlotte , 5 hours from DC, and 5 ½ hours from Norfolk.
Located on the main upstairs level, the master bedroom has a Queen Size bed, a flat screen TV w/Netflix streaming, and a balcony overlooking the river. The Second upstairs bedroom has a Queen Size bed. The cozy nook off of the downstairs living room has a Full Size bed.
Comfortable living room furniture includes a sofa, love seat, two swivel chairs. Extras to add to your enjoyment include a foosball table, books, games, high-speed WIFI and a flat screen TV w/Netflix streaming.
Our kitchen is well-equipped and we even have specialty items including a pizza oven and milk shake maker. The Dining area features a large table with bench seating for 8.
We have a large, wrap around deck with rocking chairs and a propane gas grill.
Our home is PET FRIENDLY for a $10 per night fee and pre-approval.
